In the Coverdale iPad App, you can find some tools and inputs provided by Coverdale for you to improve your leadership and team management skills.

You will discover the popular Aims Grid by Coverdale, which helps you to clarify aims of your work. Review your experiences with the Review tool; Prepare and review your appraisal interviews.

Your results can be shared via Email. Additionally, you can share you aims grid with your coworkers so that you can work collectively on your aims.

There are handouts for each tool to provide you with sufficient background knowledge.
